Dylan has led the Braves to four sectional Class B titles and a Class A runner-up title while also achieving four Section V, Class B Coach of the Year titles in 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022.

As a former Fairport High School swim team captain, Dylan was also a three-time Class A sectional champion, NYS finalist, All-Greater Rochester team member, and high school All American.

Dylan attended SUNY Cortland, where he would earn his Bachelor's in Physical Education. Dylan also swam for the Red Dragons for 4 years and broke two school and conference relay records. Continuing at Cortland after graduation, he served as a graduate assistant coach while obtaining his Master's in Environmental and Outdoor Education.

Additionally, he has significant coaching experience in his leadership with the CAST/Cortland Adaptive Swim Team, an age group swim program for children with special needs.

Dylan loves having adventures with his wife, two sons, family, and friends by hiking, backpacking, mountain biking, rock climbing, and cross-country skiing. However, what Dylan loves the most is inspiring people to be the best version of themselves.
