The Fairport Area Swim Team (FAST) to host free swimming lessons for the Greater Rochester Area

In recognition of National Water Safety Month, the Fairport Area Swim Team (FAST), a competitive USA Swimming team, is proud to offer Free Swimming Lessons to the community on Friday, May 31st, at Minerva DeLand School.

Fairport and our surrounding communities are surrounded by water. Drowning is the second leading cause of unintentional injury-related death among children under the age of 15.

FAST firmly believes everyone should learn to be safe in and around water. This is why we offer a robust learn-to-swim program, which has taught thousands of children how to swim since its inception nearly 40 years ago.

You can sign up for these FREE swimming lessons starting on May 22nd at noon at register.fairportswimschool.com.

The Fairport Area Swim Team (FAST) is a not-for-profit organization based in Fairport, NY, which has boasted 8 U.S. Olympic Trials qualifiers since its inception.
