The FAST Swim School is an instructional swim program designed for children aged 5-12 years old. Instructors are in the water with their students to ensure safety & comfort. The format of our lessons allows a high quality lessons with a low instructor to student ratio.
Group lessons will be offered at a maximum three swimmer to one instructor (3:1) ratio.
Families who have children on the FAST competitive team are entitled to priority registration, which opens on Tuesday, April 8th by email registration only.

Session 1: July 8th - July 17th (Tuesdays & Thursdays)
4 - 4:30 p.m. & 4:30 - 5 p.m.
Session 2: July 22nd - July 31st (Tuesdays & Thursdays)
4 - 4:30 p.m. & 4:30 - 5 p.m.
FAST reserves the right to remove students from group & private lessons at any time. A full refund will be given for removed participants.

- If we miss a lesson, can we get our money back?

- Can my child wear a swim shirt?
- Swim shirts are NOT permitted for our lessons. They're unsafe, can create drag, and can be a safety hazard in the water.

- Yes! They can bring their own goggles, but scuba goggles/masks are NOT allowed to be used. Goggles cannot cover your child's nose in the water.

- Does my child have to wear a swim cap?
- Participants aren't required to wear a cap, but are strongly encouraged to do so. FAST caps are available for purchase during the registration process at $20 per cap. Your child will receive it on their first day of lessons.

- What is the age requirement for lessons?
- Participants must be at least five (5) years old and potty trained to participate in lessons. We are unable to accept participants over the age of 12 years old.

- My child usually wears a life jacket to swim, should they bring it with them?
- We strongly recommend AGAINST life jackets, the goal of our lessons is to teach them to swim independently without a life jacket.

- If we're registering multiple children, do you offer a multi-participant discount?
- Yes! We offer a 5% discount for each subsquent participant for that specific session. The first participant will be charged at the full advertised rate.

- One of my children swims on the FAST competitive team, do I get a "FAST member discount" on lessons?
- Yes! Participants that have a sibling on FAST will receive a 5% discount on their session fees, this is NOT stackable with the multi-participant discount.

- What is the experience level of your lesson staff?
- Our swim school directors are certified & experienced USA Swimming coach members and are well-versed in U.S. Center for Safe Sports protocols. They train & mentor our in-water instructors to ensure they teach proper techniques in a safe and supportive environment. In-water instructors are members of the FAST senior program, the most experienced training & competitive group on FAST. To put it short, your child is in great hands.
