USA Swimming Competitive Team
The FAST USA Swimming competitive team is our program's staple. Since 1988, we have proudly produced seven U.S. Olympic Trials Qualifiers, obtained two of USA Swimming's Bronze Medal Club of Excellence awards, and had numerous FAST alumni go on to swim collegiately at the NCAA DI, DII, and DIII levels at schools such as Stanford, Minnesota, Notre Dame, Harvard, Cornell, Johns Hopkins, Virginia, and Tennessee.
FAST routinely sends swimmers to the Niagara LSC Championships, Eastern Zone Championships, USA Swimming Futures, Junior & Senior Nationals, ISCA Championships, and beyond.
Our coaching staff's mission is to make a positive difference in the lives of its team members by promoting good sportsmanship, biomechanically sound techniques, nutrition, healthy lifestyle, time management, commitment, responsibility, love for the sport of swimming and self-respect in a safe and supportive environment.
Boasting four training sites located Fairport, Canandaigua, and Irondequoit, we are the proud swim team of hundreds of athletes across the Greater Rochester area.
***The first day of practice for the 2025-26 season is Monday, September 8th!
TEAM REGISTRATION OPENS ON WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 27TH at NOON.
